Offers daily webinars to help you manage and maintain your mental health.

Aware, 1800 80 48 48, supportmail@aware.ie.  Aware provides free support, education and information services for people impacted by depression and bipolar disorder, as well as their loved ones. Aware is currently expanding its free online mental health education programmes for individuals looking for tools to cope with anxiety, unhelpful thoughts and common life challenges.

Childline, Call 1800 666 666, or text 5101.  For children and young people. Provides a listening and support service for younger people dealing with anxiety/mental health issues; abuse; bullying at home/school and online and lots more

HSE Drugs and Alcohol helpline, Call: 1800 459 459, helpline@hse.ie.  We provide a free confidential place where you can talk through your concerns about drugs or alcohol, get information about services and consider the options available to you to improve your situation. We provide support, information, guidance and referral on anything to do with substance use and alcohol in a manner that deals wiuth your situation

HSE Crisis Text Service, Text 50808 is a free 24/7 text service, providing everything from a calming chat to immediate support for people going through a mental health or emotional crisis – big or small. Text HELLO to 50808 to start a conversation, any time – day or night.

The service works from a culturally inclusive framework which respects Traveller culture, identity, values and norms and works from a perspective of culture centred counselling and psychotherapy.

St Patrick’s Mental Health Services provides a notforprofit community and outpatient care through its Dean Clinics and day patient services through its Wellness & Recovery Centre. It provides inpatient care through its three approved centres: St Patrick’s University Hospital (241 beds), St Patrick’s, Lucan (52 beds) and Willow Grove Adolescent Unit (14 beds).  Our vision is to see a society where all citizens are empowered and given the opportunity to live mentally healthy lives.
