This section is about you, your body, and your mind. It will draw together a series of inputs including the latest research, best practice, and most up-to-date recommendations from reliable sources regarding how you might best manage you.

The focus will be on practical things you might do to improve the quality of your life. It will explore our daily routines – sleep; consciousness; how we move /the function of exercise and stretches in supporting our wellness. It will explore nutrition and diet and identify what is regarded as good for our health, as we age.

It will consider our mental health and look at some things we can do to improve it in the short and longer-term. It will look at dis-ease and covid-19 and how we can plan to mitigate its symptoms, should we become infected.

The sources of the content will be shown, so you can explore it further yourself. Obviously, the writer is not an expert in all things, so in considering any of the ideas here you must always retain a certain level of thoughtfulness and ask – is this for me?

Also, if you are considering any radical changes in diet or exercise or the like it is always important to keep your normal medical adviser advised and respect their advice.
